Thermal Mass Flow Meter
ILUX-TM-1001 THERMAL MASS FLOW METER
PRINCIPLE
The thermal gas mass flow meter is a meter that measures the flow rate using the
principle of heat conduction. The instrument uses a constant temperature difference
method to accurately measure gas mass flow. It has the advantages of small size, high
digitization, easy installation and accurate measurement.
The sensor part consists of two reference grade platinum resistance temperature
sensors. With a bridge loop, one sensor measures the flow temperature and the other
sensor maintains a constant temperature difference above the fluid temperature,
allowing flow measurements at high temperatures and pressures.
Advantages:
(1) Wide range ratio (up to 1:100), capable of measuring very low flow rates and minute flow rates, measuring low pressure gas flow, and even vacuum-like molecular flow.
(2) No moving parts, high reliability.
(3) No pressure loss or small pressure loss.
(4) When measuring gas flow, it is often expressed in units of volume flow under standard, medium temperature, pressure change
Hardly affect the measured value, if the density is constant in the standard state,
(5) Easy installation and maintenance. With on-site conditions, installation and maintenance can be achieved without stopping production.
(6) Using RS-485 communication, factory automation and integration can be realized.
(7) Especially for the measurement of large-diameter flue gas, the thermal gas mass flow meter has the characteristics of low cost, simple and convenient installation, etc.
